Come along to our Anti-Racist library for a chat, to borrow a book or to return one you’ve finished with. There are books for all ages.

The theme of the library this month is South Asian Heritage Month.

We are moving to monthly library sessions from August until the end of the year. Each library session will have

11:30am - children’s storytime

1pm - a reading from “She Settles In The Shields”

Our Language Exchange will also be running at the library so come along to practise speaking English, or another language, or to share and learn words and phrases in other languages. This month the focus will be on Tamil
