Join us in the community garden at 2pm for a meditation and quiet reflection of the year so far. We will light a fire to acknowledge the turning of the season, set some intentions for the year ahead and spend some peaceful time in nature.
You are welcome to share your feelings and experiences of 2020 or you can have some quiet reflection to yourself. There’s plenty of space in the garden to do this!
We may even press some of our harvested apples with our new apple press!
Bring a reusable cup with a hot drink and warm clothes. We’ve got umbrellas if it rains.
The Autumn Equinox is a meaningful time of year to honor the harvest. Whether that be a "real" harvest of the things planted in a garden or the harvest of efforts and intentions for your life path that you set earlier in the year.
This is the time of year to go within and empty out space, composting our old ideas and using the energy they hold to make new and fertile soil for new creativity and visions.
