About Ishrat:

I've been a spiritual practitioner for the last 9 years. Part of my practice is meditation, which can be in all forms, sitting, walking and mindfullness. In the last few years I've added chanting mantras to my spiritual tool box to navigate through life and all it's topsy turvy ways. Chanting mantras has been invaluable and an incredible addition to my every day mental health routine. It helps me to become grounded and I feel all the benefits of chanting. I've also been singing in a choir for the last 6 years, this has been a fantastic addition and at times alternative way to hear my voice.
