THIS EVENT IS NOW BEING HOSTED ONLINE VIA ZOOM, SEE END OF BLURB FOR ZOOM DETAILS.
It is widely considered that a global shift towards a predominantly plant-based diet is the best thing we as individuals can do to mitigate our impact on the climate crisis. But why is this? What is the link between animal products and climate change? And what are the obstacles towards us as individuals adopting such a diet?
Join us for a discussion based workshop on our community terrace where we will learn about animal agriculture’s massive and multifaceted effect on the environment, as well as its other negative consequences, and discuss what we can each do to potentially move towards such a lifestyle. Tea, coffee & cake will also be provided.
