Empathy Circle with Ratnadevi (wellbeing programme)

During the pandemic there has been a build-up of unexpressed feelings in many of us. This is an opportunity to tap into the healing power of a group, and be fully heard and held in our difficult emotions particularly related to the state of the world - the war in Ukraine, climate change etc. With the help of brief mindfulness and compassion meditations we build a reservoir of positivity that allows us to hold each other & feelings without overwhelm.

We will also draw on NVC (Nonviolent Communication) and the ‘Work that Reconnects’ to develop our empathy skills.

These session will be lead by Ratnadevi who is a highly experienced mindfulness teacher, trainer, NVC practitioner of many years and facilitator of the Work that Reconnects.
