Community Choir for Parents and Carers

More info- This is an informal weekly choir for parents and carers to come with their little ones but take part in something for themselves! Facilities will be available for your children to play safely, while parents and carers enjoy an hour of singing and laughter. Please bring outdoor clothes.

Absolutely no singing experience or ability to read music is required. Requests welcome!

Running the choir is the amazing Suzanne Fivey, who is a Woodlands resident, and professional multi instrumentalist and singer. Her background is Scottish folk music, and she has a 1st class Honours degree in Scottish music from RCS. She lectured musicianship at RCS for many years, specialising in harmony and advanced chord theory.

Please note that the meeting place is outside. There is space for buggies to be parked and access to toilet and baby change.

Small charge of £1.50 fees to cover refreshments and expenses. Concessions available if you cant afford the this fee, no questions asked - message us if you have difficulty paying.
