MORE INFO
Have you been experiencing conflicts with others at work? Are these issues causing distress and you wish to change this? Then please read on……
Chris Colebrook will be running the first of these fantastic interpersonal group coaching workshops under the theme of “Work Challenges” to help with this, involving discussion and applied improvised role play (experimental drama) exercises.
Here we shall explore and create imagined role play scenarios focusing on social/interpersonal challenges with others in work settings to develop your life skills to flourish!
By exploring such scenarios where social problems are unresolved that are consequences rerun by changing something to find different outcome and solutions, this can;
help you find new ways to respond in future conflicts, practice challenging conversations with others, increase your awareness of social challenges at work, enhance your creativity, unearth skills and resources, and gain new insight and perspectives to improve your future relationships!
This coaching workshop is Facilitated by Chris Colebrook, a private freelance, Solution-Focused Coach Practitioner professionally trained in Positive Psychology Coaching, and Applied Improvisation approaches from Centre for Coaching UK, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and University of Glasgow respectively.
