At this time of year, there is a strong energy for movement and growth in nature, around and within us. With this in mind, we invite you to come and explore this energy together.
Join Judy (mental health worker) and Elinor (garden & green spaces co-ordinator) for this restful spring well-being workshop in the Woodlands Community Garden.
During the afternoon the first part of the session will be a space to quietly reflect on qualities within yourself or actions, that that you wish to bring to life - for example, it may be that you want to cultivate more courage or calm, kindness, creativity or pro-activity; you may want to learn to listen more or to develop habits of waking earlier or to pursue your purpose. Following this, we will offer a planting activity where you will be invited to commit to and plant the seeds of your intentions.
