Are you a parent or carer and feeling anxious as Coronavirus lockdown restrictions begin to ease? Are you struggling with the stress and uncertainty of the situation? This online workshop will offer a space to talk about how this is affecting you and your family and will offer tips on how to manage your anxiety through Cognitive Behavioural Techniques and mindfulness.
These workshops are free, though we ask that you make a one off donation or become a Friend of Woodlands through our donate page. This is a great help to us in being able to afford to run more workshops such as this.
