Movement From the Inside and Outside with Penny Chivas
Working indoors, and outdoors (weather permitting!), we'll explore ways of moving and feeling comfortable in our own skin. Penny will then introduce a version of a mindful movement practice - Authentic Movement - which we'll use a base in order to be with and around the beautiful Woodlands Community Gardens. We'll aim to slow down, relax and find a deeper way to be the natural environment.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and be prepared to be outside. Meet at the Workspace at 11am. The session will finish at 2, with time allocated for a break as well.
