Systemic racism affects all people of colour and we store the trauma from this in our bodies. The Woodlands Community POC Healing Group is a space where people of colour can come together to share conversation, support and cups of tea in order to build a community of care. Together we will gently explore embodied practise, herbs and our own thoughts, healing ourselves as we care for each other.

Sapna Agarwal will facilitate the session but we will all learn from each other and share our collective understanding. All people of colour over 18 are invited to attend.
