Level: Open to all levels, Suitable for beginners
Vinyasa flow: Uplifting and energizing class with emphasis on core strength, stability, and alignment. Each week we will progress through our practice and learn new yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Mediation: We will work with a few types of meditation but mainly with yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" which is a deep relaxation guided meditation. Research studies have shown that half an hour of yoga Nidra equates to 2 hours of sleep.
Join us to re-energize the body and experience a feeling of peacefulness and calmness.
What you will need:
A yoga mat
Blocks-optional but helpful for beginners
This class is funded by Woodlands Community Trust which means it is free to attend!

About me:
I am a Pilates and Yoga teacher with experience in holding space for classes, workshops, and ceremonies. The yoga classes I offer include creative sequences that are both physically challenging and spiritually uplifting. I strive to bring a balance in my teaching, of flexibility and strength, of stillness and movement, of grounding and spirituality.
