Chickpea Chats: Drop-in Consultations on Moving Towards a Plant-Based Diet

Are you looking to reduce your meat consumption but don’t know where to begin? Do you not know a pea from a chickpea? Do you wonder what on Earth jackfruit is and why vegans won’t shut up about it?

Woodlands are now offering free, 1 to 1 vegan & vegetarian consultations to help you on whatever steps you’d like to take to live a more plant-based diet and lifestyle. We can help advise on ways to alter meaty/dairy-ey recipes you don’t want to go without, what a good plant-based larder/fridge looks like, how to maintain a nutritious, balanced diet without animal products, or whatever area you’d like!

These sessions will run fortnightly on Tuesdays on the terrace outside of our community workspace. You can book a 30 minute slot between 12pm & 4pm and there will be tea, coffee and bakes provided! Alternatively, if you’d prefer to have your session online via Zoom then this can also be arranged no problem.
