Join us in Woodlands Community Garden for this weekly meditation session outside in nature, which aims to soothe and restore.
You will be gently guided through a visualisation and we’ll learn some balancing exercises and breathing techniques too.
We’ll provide seats. Please come dressed for the weather and bring a hot flask of tea and blanket if you like. This workshop will strictly follow covid-19 guidelines with social distancing, hand sanitiser and trace and protect protocols in place.
These workshops are free, but we ask that you sign up and make a donation if you are able - this ensures that we can continue to provide workshops like this in the future. If you are prefer not to or are unable to donate, please get in touch to book your place.
