Please join us for our first in person workshop on plant-based cookery and bakery on our community terrace. During each workshop we will go through a different plant-based recipe using delicious, seasonal produce while learning new techniques and learn and discuss steps we can take to cook more using whole, plant-based foods.
This week we will be cooking a delicious roast cauliflower & courgette risotto. Risotto is a delightfully decadent dish, but it can be easy to burn your pot when making it since it needs constant stirring! We will learn how to make this dish in as fuss-free a way as possible (and of course, sample plenty of it for ourselves!)
