Sleep Workshop with Kay Young

Our first sleep workshop was so well received that we have decided to run another set in August.

Join Kay Young for these amazing sleep sessions, where in the first workshop she'll explore what can impact our sleep and what can help, and the follow up session will be an opportunity to explore how you got on and ask questions! Sleep has been something that Kay has personally had to work with all her life, and so she'll be bringing in lots of personal examples alongside mindfulness and meditation tools and techniques to help soothe both your body and mind.

First workshop: Saturday 22nd August 10 - 11.30am

Follow up workshop: Saturday 29th August 10 - 11am
