Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic flow sequence and standing postures.
Yang- The class will begin with an energizing vinyasa flow with emphasis on core strength, stability and alignment.
Yin-Our practice will end with a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on releasing tension from connective tissues and joints in the body.
Each week we will progress through our practice and learn new yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Exchange: £6/£5 concession for students/unemployed

I am a pilates and yoga teacher with experience in holding space for classes, workshops and ceremonies. The yoga classes I offer include creative sequences that are both challenging and spiritually uplifting.
